Returns Policy
Please read the listing descriptions and the size chart information carefully, take proper measurements and choose your color and size with care before placing your order as no changes can be made after your order has been submitted.
*******All of our products are CUSTOM PRINTED upon ordering. Once your order is submitted it CAN NOT BE CANCELED.
*******We guarantee we will do our best to produce your order as quickly as possible, however once it has been shipped and in the hands of the carrier we can not guarantee any exact dates of arrival. MOST ITEMS are shipped out within 2-10 business days from the date of the order submission (this doesn't include weekends or Holidays) + delivery/shipping time.
*******We are not able to do rush production or rush shipping on our products.
*******Sustainability is important to Wander Art Lab. We make our products by order which means that once your purchase is submitted we start working on crafting each of your unique goods one piece at a time. It takes time for us to create and send out the item(s), but making each order on-demand allows us to avoid overproduction. This way we are able to take care of you as well as the beautiful planet we all share. Due to the CUSTOM PRODUCTION NATURE of our items WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS or EXCHANGES. *******If you have questions about styles, sizes, measurements, production, and shipping times you MUST email us PRIOR to placing your order.
DEFECTS, PRODUCTION ERRORS, DAMAGES
*******We do our best to inspect each custom printed item for defects prior to shipping.
*******If the product you received is defective, misprinted, damaged, or a wrong item was sent to you in error please email us within 48 hours of receipt of product with the details of the defect or damage along with photos (or videos in case of the faulty zipper, etc.).
*******If you do not contact us within this 48-hour time frame we reserve the right to deny the exchange or refund for defective/damaged/wrong item.
*******If your product is defective/damaged/wrong item which was not caused by misuse of the product we will issue you an exchange for the same item or refund you.
SHIPPING
*******You must ensure that the SHIPPING ADDRESS for all your orders is correct. All our packages are shipped out via free standard shipping. It is not possible to change the address on USPS packages once they are shipped.
*******If your parcel does not arrive by the date estimated by the shipping carrier please check the tracking number provided for any updates on the status of your package.
*******If your parcel still does not arrive several days past estimated delivery date and appears to be lost in transit please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to research the issue and if needed submit a claim with the shipping carrier. We only have a short window of time for submitting claims.
*******If you fail to notify us within 48 hours in the case of damage or within 7 business days after estimated delivery should have taken place for lost packages we may not be able to help you.
COLOR VARIATIONS
Please keep in mind that the images you see on your computer monitor are backlit and color calibrations vary from one monitor to another. The printing technology utilized in our production ensures vibrant colors and impeccable detail but the color shades on the printed items may vary slightly from those you see on your monitor.
